An Invitation to Explore a Felt Sense Experience

Exercise: Choose an image that either strongly resonates with you or doesn’t resonate at all. Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and bring that image to mind. Remain aware and notice any sensations, emotions, mental images, or vague felt senses that emerge within you as you hold the image in your awareness. Then, begin inquiring into and exploring this felt sense with an open and curious mindset, seeking to understand it more fully. Maintain an open perspective throughout this process.
