Consulting, Supervision, and Coaching

In addition to psychotherapy, I offer consulting, clinical supervision, and coaching for adults, professionals, and therapists seeking growth, clarity, and deeper embodiment in their work and lives.

Professional Consulting & Therapist Supervision

I provide consultation and supervision to therapists and mental health professionals seeking support in their clinical work. This includes case consultation, relational dynamics, countertransference awareness, nervous system regulation, and integration of somatic, experiential, and attachment-based approaches.

My supervision style is collaborative, reflective, and experiential. We focus not only on clinical technique, but also on the therapist’s internal process, presence, and capacity to remain regulated and attuned in complex relational work. This support is especially helpful for clinicians working with trauma, attachment wounds, dissociation, and body-based therapies.

Consultation and supervision are offered for professional development and are not psychotherapy.

Coaching & Personal Development (Core Energetics–Informed)

I also offer coaching for adults grounded in principles from Core Energetics, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and experiential practices. Coaching focuses on personal growth, embodiment, leadership, creativity, emotional intelligence, and expanding one’s capacity for authentic expression and vitality.

Coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, it supports clients in exploring patterns, energy, emotional blocks, and relational dynamics as they relate to current life goals, work, and personal development.

Core Energetics–informed coaching is considered a personal growth and coaching modality and does not require licensure to practice in New York. This work is offered outside the scope of psychotherapy and is clearly defined as coaching.

A Clear and Ethical Boundary

All consulting, supervision, and coaching services are provided with clear boundaries and informed consent. When working in a coaching or consulting capacity, services do not include psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment of mental health disorders. If therapeutic support is needed, appropriate referrals or transitions can be discussed.

Whether you are a therapist seeking deeper support in your work, or an adult interested in personal growth through embodied and experiential coaching, these offerings provide a thoughtful, grounded space for expansion, clarity, and meaningful change.
