Brainspotting Therapy

Brainspotting, a "brain-body based" relational therapy,  addresses the underlying neurophysiological connections of emotional and physical pain. 

A form of  therapy that helps reduce disturbances related to PTSD and Trauma. It is a less intrusive then other trauma treatment models like EMDR. 

Social Oriented Focusing

How can we communicate so that we can actually stay connected to the other, even when it is painful or challenging. This is an effective modality to learn how to effectively communicate and understand needs.

Creative Arts Therapy/ Play Therapy For Children

Children express their experiences through the arts, this form of therapy helps tell their story in a non threatening way. The information can provide the therapist useful insight of the internal challenges and treat the child with psychotherapy.

Sand Play Therapy for Children

This is a form of play  therapy that  utilizes a sandbox  dry or wet and  miniatures that represent the child’s internal experience.
